The professional development of staff right across children’s services remains key to offering improved provision. INTEC provides institutions and local authorities with advice on needs assessment, relevant standards, related CPD programmes and sources of funding to support them. It has a broad understanding of the related issues, plus key contacts in the relevant professional associations, statutory bodies and training providers.
