The sections outline the roles of the governors, headteacher, reviewers of teachers, reviewers of support staff and reviewees (teachers or support staff) in the performance management cycle. Either read each section consecutively, or choose the most appropriate section for your role in the process. To see a full contents list, go to the Table of contents.
