Research & development
Through its close working relationship with its partners in the Pearson Publishing Group and NAPTA, INTEC has privileged access to detailed national data on a range of leadership, training and development issues. It also gathers data from a variety of other important sources.
Careful analysis of this data in a number of significant contexts, plus innovative reporting systems, help its partners and a range of governmental, institutional and corporate clients to understand, plan and then implement effective programmes or to develop new technology-based tools.
An appropriate example is INTEC’s Workforce Development Framework. This informs a range of influential processes and linked tools provided by NAPTA, Pearson Publishing and INTEC itself.
INTEC also offers local authorities the chance to map a range of different data sets to Government IDACI (Income Deprivation Affecting Children Index) information.
In addition, INTEC investigates and reports on educational applications of technology to inform institutions and organisations about effective policy and practice.
