INTEC’s Safeguarding Programme gives children’s workforce practitioners the confidence they need to meet their safeguarding responsibilities.
The Safeguarding Programme offers two powerful tools:
- ECM Profile – an online self-evaluation tool linked to a comprehensive data analysis and reporting service.
- ECM Core Skills – a development resource that provides a very cost-effective way of meeting the training needs highlighted by ECM Profile.
The Safeguarding Programme focuses on the key attributes that practitioners need in order to apply safeguarding policies and procedures effectively. An effective children’s workforce has to be built around a shared core of knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes – this programme will help you to embed these in your organisation.
The Safeguarding Programme is non-threatening and easy to use, and can particularly help practitioners with the tricky aspects of information sharing and multi-agency working.
